It was a hard slog in the wet and windy conditions
of Kenwyn and we succumbed to our second home defeat of the season to the impressive
and classy Harlequins outfit.
We showed some great spirit throughout
with some great defensive work in the second half playing against the wind and
we created some good chances in the first half after some good build up play.

It
is a learning curve for us all to compete against the likes of Quins and give
them a good game of rugby, its shows we are improving as a rugby team and we can
only gain valuable experience from these games.
How good was it to see
a full house at Kenwyn, the big crowd, noise and excitement was terrific and hopefully
we can expect a big gate for the visit of Plymouth.
It is a short turn
around for us this week as we leave for the long trip up north to Otley on Thursday,
so Monday saw us do our recovery sessions and video review and Tuesday and Wednesday
was conditioning and rugby sessions.
This is yet another tough encounter,
but we will look forward to the challenge and look to put the effort and commitment
we showed for long periods against the likely Division One Champions and if we
do so then we can generate a good performance and a possible victory.
Finally
a big thank you to each and everyone of for your support at the game, the players,
management and staff really appreciate your encouragement and loyalty !
Adrian Edwards.
Team Manager.
