Cornish Pirates

Several hundred Cornish Pirates rugby supporters turned up at the Mennaye Field on Friday night to watch a skills demonstration given by squad members.

Before the display got underway, star new arrivals in Cornwall were introduced to the large gathering, a number of the players wearing the new 'Retro' 3rd shirt which was well received.

There followed a 'question & answer' session with coaching staff in the clubhouse

Supporters also took the opportunity to purchase and order from a wide range of available merchandise, besides mixing informally alongside the players - everyone together looking forward to the pre-season friendly against the might of Leicester Tigers on Saturday.
