THE
Cornish Pirates have been handed a home tie against National One counterparts
Moseley in the fourth round of this season's EDF National Trophy. |
It
will be the third meeting of the two sides this season, the Pirates having won
both league games 52-16 at Camborne and 42-15 at Billesley Common last Saturday.
Pirates
coach Jim McKay said of the tie, which will take place on Sunday, January 21:
"The draw can be a bit of a lottery sometimes, so we're extremely happy
to be at home. It's obviously a one-off game on the day, so there's going to be
pressure on us to perform. "Having played Moseley
twice this season we know quite a bit about them, so that helps in terms of preparing
for the game. That said, I'm sure they'll come down and give it a good go against
us." | | Coach Jim McKay |
