The winners were - Scott Dugdale & Matt Evans.

The Roger Pascoe Cup
Tim Cowley

Presented in memory of Roger Pascoe ('Paco'), the only 'Pirate' to have played 1,000 games for the club, for the second year running this 'Supporters Player of the Year' trophy went to a rugby warrior who always demands respect - Tim Cowley.

Monckton Cup For Achievement
Scott Hobson

The name 'Monckton' has a long and proud association with the Pirates, with the award this year presented to a young man who was an ever present member of the successful England U20s 'Grand Slam' team - Scott Hobson.

Clubman Of The Year
Wendy Nicholas & Trevor Swann

This was another trophy to be shared this year, first by someone who has been wholly committed to the mini-junior cause during this decade, and the second by a former player who has so admirably given of his time to daily help in a variety of ways these past few seasons. The 2008 winners were - Wendy Nicholas & Trevor Swann.

Player Of The Year
Tim Cowley
.
This was the penultimate award made by Dicky, it for the second year running going to - Tim Cowley.

The President's Cup
Steve Winn

It is a tradition for this award to be presented on the last home game of the season to the player, who, in the President's opinion, has been the most outstanding contributor on the field during the season. Speaking deservedly highly of the merits displayed by the winner, club President Robin Turner presented the Cup to - Steve Winn
