Mark Coaches
Penair Pupils Tuesday 10th. July, 2007 A group
of Year 8 & 9 pupils from Penair School in Truro, took part in rugby-related
events during their summer activities week. The aim, in part, was to replicate
the life of a professional rugby player. The range of
activities and subjects covered have included nutrition, team building, stamina,
core stability and skills coaching.  | | Forwards

On
Tuesday the students spent a day watching the Cornish Pirates train on the sand
dunes at Gwithian, followed by a training session at the Mennaye Field given by
Cornish Pirates forwards coach Mark Hewitt. Mark Withecombe
of Penair School said "We are extremely grateful to Mark and the Cornish
Pirates for reacting so positively to help our young rugby players, all of whom
