Having been invited by the Causewayhead
Traders Association (Penzance) to last week help judge window display Christmas
decorations in Causewayhead, Cornish Pirates players returned there on Thursday
evening to present prizes to the winners.
The
first prize went to Trythall School for their display in Causewayhead Furniture's
shop window, second went to Trelya in Sweeney Todd's hairdressing salon, and the
third went to St. Levan School for their display in Home Hardware.
The Causewayhead
Traders Association were delighted and grateful that representatives from the
Pirates made the effort to first help with the judging, and then present prizes.

Also joining them on Thursday
evening was popular mascot 'Captain Benbow', who came ashore for the event to
hand out Christmas sweets - the healthy eating variety, of course!
