Pirates Offer Coaching Opportunities To Cornish Youth
Starting at the Mennaye Field, Penzance, on Wednesday 3rd December, the Cornish Pirates will provide free coaching to young rugby players of Cornwall.
Practical on field coaching sessions will take place on the first Wednesday of each month throughout the season, initially for players from the U18, U17 and U16 levels
Quality coaching will be under the direction of Cornish Pirates assistant coach Brett Davey, a former Bristol and Newport Gwent Dragons player.
Assisting Brett will be a number of players from the Cornish Pirates squad.
Young players wishing to attend these coaching sessions should arrive by 6.30pm, which will ensure that the coaching starts at 7pm sharp.
Further information will be provided all youngsters who attend the first session,
It was originally hoped that players from the U15s level could also have been included, but for the present this possibility has been put on hold
