Josh Williams from Trythall Wins Rowe's Try Card Competition

'Design a Try' Card Competition organised in conjunction with the Pirates 'St Piran's Festival' & match versus Bedford at 3pm

Over 250 young people from all over Cornwall took part in the W. C. Rowe's 'Design a Try' Card Competition, which was organised in conjunction with the Cornish Pirates 'St Piran's Festival' at Camborne this Sunday 8th March starting at 11am.

The winning design - Created by Josh Williams from Trythall, West Cornwall - will be made into a "Try Card" by WC Rowe and handed out to everyone at Sundays St Piran's extravaganza when the Cornish Pirates entertain Bedford.

In addition, Troon School near Camborne provided two runners up, Laura Johns and Kittana Roberts, who both provided very striking entries.

Josh will be given back his winning entry to hold on Sunday at the St Piran's Festival.

Everyone else can get their Try Card from the WC Rowe pasty wagon before the game from Rowe's pasty wagon sited at the ground.
