25th February 2009 Having donated a raffle prize of
two tickets for the eagerly awaited Cornish Pirates versus Bedford Blues game
to be played on Sunday 8th March (ko 3pm), the lucky winner at Trelawny's Army
Supporters Club's annual dinner held on Saturday evening was John Penfound from
Saltash. Besides the rugby to be played at Camborne on Sunday
week, the Pirates have also organised a St. Piran's Festival. Starting
at 11am it promises to be an enjoyable day for 'One & All', and it certainly
an event not to be missed!
