The ranking on playing record of the RFU Championship semi finalists following the Play-Off Pool stage is as follows

The winning semi finalist with the best playing record in the Play-Off Pool stage will have the choice of whether to be at home for the first leg (May 19, 7.45, live on Sky Sports HD) or the second leg of the final (May 26, 7.45, live on Sky Sports HD)
The rankings have been based on the following criteria in order of importance:
* Greater number of competition points achieved in the Play-Offs
* Greater number of wins achieved in the Play-Offs
