THE charge against Plymouth Albion of conduct prejudicial to the interests of the Game was tonight dismissed.
The club appeared before an RFU Disciplinary Panel to answer a charge that they had 16 players on the field of play for a period of time during their Championship match against Nottingham on October 31, 2009 - a breach of Law 3.1 of the International Rugby Board Laws of the Game.
The panel comprised Christopher Quinlan (chair), Mike Curling and John Doubleday.
