| Pirates Fans Win Some 'Gold' Booty |
Gold Bond Lottery News Cornish Pirates supporters have won their first prizes under the 'Gold Bond Lottery' which was launched by the club this summer. Chris Trerise, of sponsors Kernow Model Rail Centre, and Mr George from Canon's Town, near Hayle, were the Pirates' first winners. Well done, and let's hope for some more. Also, the Cornish Pirates will be starting to recruit Lottery Agents in the coming weeks, with supporters being reminded that a 2009/10 Season Ticket is just one of the prizes that can be won if they sign up their friends and family. Lottery Agents promote and collect the lottery in their areas, so with the Cornish Pirates fan base being drawn from the huge number of towns and villages across Cornwall, a greater chance is provided for larger numbers of people to get more involved with the club.
