High Vis 'Pirate' Vans

The Cornish Pirates are being seen out and about in the community, with two vital and visual vans that display the club's logo.

The vans belong to Community Development Officer Mike Crump, and Kit & Equipment Manager Alan Matthews.

Mike commented:
“This is yet again another step in the right direction, and from my perspective enables us to carry extra important equipment for use in our coaching sessions, which benefits participants learning new drills.”

Alan Matthews has been with the club for years now and uses the van for home and away games to carry all of the team’s equipment.

Alan said: “It is nice to get the club's logo on the van.

Other teams have been advertising using vehicles for a while now, and it is great to have these two vans seen about - along, of course, with the two mini buses used by the Cornish Pirates Learning Zone.”
