Cornish Pirates player Alan Paver is also nowadays a Coaching Co-ordinator for the club's Youth Section.

With support from fellow players Paul Andrew and Roderick Labuschagne, Alan recently took a training session at the Mennaye Field for the benefit of players and coaches in the club's under 9s and under 10s teams as they develop their skills and progress from tag rugby to the introduction of tackling.
