2008 Cornish 'Race for Life' events were given a massive helping hand by the Cornish
Pirates this week. Ladies in the west of Cornwall attended the club's training
base at the Mennaye Field, Penzance, where players helped them prepare for this

help Promote Sport Relief Mile 13th March 2008 To help promote Sport
Relief Mile events taking place about the country, Cornish Pirates scrumhalf Ed
Fairhurst joined up with BBC South West's Natalie Cornah at the Eden Project this

Raise £2500 For CHSW 2nd December 2007 With nearly £2500
raised for CHSW by the Cornish Pirates and their supporters, it is hoped to organise
further fund raising ventures for this worthy cause in the future. Hairy
Times for Cornish Pirates 1st November 2007 Cornish Pirates players
have signed up for 'Movember' and will be growing moustaches for the entire month
of November in order to raise awareness and money for the Children's Hospice South
West Precious Lives Appeal.
