It
is safe to say that the Cornish Pirates have the strongest away support of any
team in the Division with the exception of Northampton Saints.
The
Fans Open Forum is busier than that of many Premiership clubs & the 'Press
Gang' supporters club has branches as far away as Leicester.
As
Pirates wing, Rhodri McAtee, commented after the Newbury match this season: "The
away support in particular at this club is immense. It is very special and makes
every away match seem like one back home. From a personal point of view I get
a real lift from it and I`m sure all the other boys feel exactly the same."
