Rhys Jones Selected For Welsh 7s

Rhys Jones, who has appeared at fly-half and in the centre for the Cornish Pirates this season, has been selected for the Wales Sevens squad that'll be flying to New Zealand on Saturday to compete in the third round of the IRB Sevens World Series.
After the event, that takes place in Wellington on the 5-6 February, the Welsh team will then fly to the USA for the fourth round of the Series, to be held the following weekend in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Having made his debut for the Wales Sevens side last summer, playing in the season's final two IRB Sevens Series tournaments played at Twickenham and Murrayfield, 22 years old Rhys is looking forward to representing his country once again.
To play in Wellington will be great, but Rhys is especially excited at the prospect of playing in such a vibrant and high profile destination as Las Vegas.
