Only fully paid up members of the Penzance & Newlyn RFC can attend the meeting, who should please bring along their membership cards with them, it expected to elect both a new President and a new Chairman, besides also discussing the future of the Cornish Pirates and the Westholme Clubhouse/Mennaye Development.

Following the announcement that Dicky Evans had resigned as President, Robin Turner immediately stood down as Chairman, with a view to standing for election as the new President, him commenting:

"No one will ever be able to step into Dicky's shoes, but I hope after serving eight years as Chairman to provide some continuity.

The support we've received from the supporters has been incredible and Dicky's vision for the Cornish Pirates and Premiership rugby is still very much in place, with it expected that he'll still play a major part in the future."
