Amateurs Hope To Be Crowned Merit Table Champions

Although confirmation is awaited, the Pirates Amateurs hope to be crowned Champions of their Cornwall 2nd & 3rd XVs Merit Table competition following their excellent 46-0 win against Truro 2nds on Saturday.

Playing impressive rugby the Amateurs scored seven tries in the match through centres Ashley Weston (2) and James Trezise (2), full-back Rob Cutter (2) and scrum-half James Jeffery. Trezise also added four conversions and a penalty.
