The 2009/2010 Annual General Meeting Of The Penzance And Newlyn Rugby Football Club Will Take Place At The Clubhouse On
Thursday 29th July 2010
At 7-30 P.M.
This Meeting Is Only Open To Fully Paid-Up Members Of The Penzance And Newlyn Rugby Football Club.
Nominations are required for all positions on the Management Committee.
All nominations must be received by the Club Administrator no later than Friday 16 th July 2010.
All nominations must be duly proposed and seconded by a paid-up member of this Club.
Nomination forms have been affixed to the notice board in the CLUB or may be obtained from the administrator, whose office is situated on the first floor.

2.Chairman
3.Treasurer
4.Committee Members (5)
All these posts are honorary.
Nominations for Life Membership and Vice-President will also be considered at this meeting.
All proposals should be submitted to the Club Administrator.
